- Select Backup Database from the Tools Menu.
- Click Browse Button to select the location of the database to copy and click Create Backup Button.
- Click close Button to close the window.
Important Notes : To keep an external backup of your database , Please always make a periodic copy of your database file on a CD or flash drive to be used in case of hard drive crash and you require to re-install the software with your entered data. The database file is located in the hard disc drive where you install the software e.g. C: or D: drive under the below path:
C:\Program Files\MedSites\ClinicGate\Database\HOSPITAL08.mdb
