Patient Photo Records & X-ray

Patient Photo Records is to upload Treatment related photographs or X-ray(Photos). You can add stage by stage photographs of the treatments for monitoring the development.

Adding New Photo Records

1. Select the Photo Records & X-ray from Patients Menu or Doctor Name.
2. Type the Patient Name or Mobile or File# in Patient field and Patients list will be appear then select the require one, Select Doctor and Date.
3. Type Notes.
4. Click Save Button.
5. Click Import Photo Button and choose the place where the Photo exists, this photo will appear in the list above.
6. Click Save Button to save data.

Edit Photo Records

1. Search for Patient Photo Record with Patient Name or Mobile or File# or Doctor Name.
2. Select the Patient Photo Record from the Patient Photo Records list given below.
3. Do the need full changes and press Edit Button to save the changes.
4. Also can add other photos to this record by click Import Photo Button and choose the place where the Photo exists then click Insert Photo.

Delete Photo Records

1. Search for Patient Photo Record with Patient Name or Mobile or File# or Doctor Name.
2. Select the Patient Photo Record from the Patient Photo Records list given below.
3. Click Delete.
4. if in the folder of this record photos, the ClinicGate software will appear message to delete all the photos in the folder first and then delete the record.

View Photo Button:

1. Search for Patient Photo Record with Patient Name or Mobile or File# or Doctor Name.
2. Select the Patient Photo Record from the Patient Photo Records list given below.
3. Click View Photo Button to open the Photo folder.

Clear List Button

Use to clear the list above from any photos or the selected photos.

Clear Button

To clear the screen for any action (Add , Edit or Delete)

Search photo record

1. Search for Patient Photo Record with Patient Name or Mobile or File# or Doctor Name.
2. Select the Patient Photo Record from the Patient Photo Records list given below.
3. Click Search Button.
