Expenses Category is to enter Categories of expenses. These Categories will appear in Expenses screen .
Adding New Category
- Select the Expenses Category from Master Menu.
- Type the Category Name then click Add button.
- To add sub category select the category from the Category list given below ,and click Add Sub Category link that will appear.
- Type The Sub Category and click Add Sub button.
Edit Expenses Category
- Select the name of Category from the Category list given below.
- Change the category Name and press Edit Button to save the changes.
Delete Expenses Category
- Select the name of Category from the Category list given below.
- Press Delete Button to delete the category.
Clear Button:
To clear the screen for any action (Add , delete) to add new record.
Notes
You can add more Sub Category.
